Great Neighbors, Horrible Managment
My wife and I first moved into the building when she was pregnant with our first daughter 7 years ago, and instantly liked the place. It was quiet, in a centralized neighborhood, and the apartment itself was nice and roomy for the price. However, after the property managers passed away and a larger property management company took over, things have gone downhill quickly. Rent has been going up steadily with no improvements being done to the aging building itself. Maintenance requests are handled very slowly, due to a high turnover with their staff, sometimes it's hard to know who to call when requesting maintenance. Messages are left unanswered and the most communication we get are notices taped to the door. Current property management is unapproachable and very rude.
