And talk about location…you’ll be just blocks from all the best that old town Fort Collins has to offer. The music and entertainment, the restaurants and bars, the shopping. You may go days or more without using a car. You're less than a mile from the Poudre River Trail where you can walk, jog or bike for hours. The Lincoln Center with all the art and entertainment it has to offer is directly across the street. This unit was completely gutted and redone in 2019 by HighCraft Builders, one of the area’s top remodeling companies. We exposed the concrete ceiling beams to create a modern and somewhat industrial look. The kitchen walls were removed to visually connect the kitchen and main living areas and bring the views and natural light into the unit. All cabinets, quartz countertops and appliances are new. And there is fresh paint and flooring throughout. Unlike most units in the building, this one has a washing machine and dryer. No need to make multiple trips up and down the elevator to the community laundry. The large Sony TV in the photos stays in the unit. The building has the following amenities: Indoor pool, exercise room, hot tub, bike racks and a storage unit. The building is secure and well set up for US mail, Amazon deliveries etc. The building does not allow pets other than registered service animals. PLEASE NOTE: Landlord pays HOA fees which include all utilities. Tenant pays a Utility Recovery Fee of $75 per month which covers electricity, heat & air conditioning, internet, free cable TV (including HBO & Cinemax), trash, recycling, water/sewer. This unit includes one designated covered parking space and additional parking (uncovered) is available for a nominal fee.
