Super friendly neighbors in a safe neighborhood. One year minimum lease term. Security Deposit equal to one month's rent due at lease signing. First month's rent due upon keys/move-in. Rent is $1,200 per month and includes water/sewer/trash, lawn/gardener service. Tenant pays directly for electricity/internet/cable service. Property is unfurnished. Qualifications - Applicant's gross income (before taxes) must equal 2 times monthly rent. - Due to the size of the unit, maximum of one occupant allowed, plus a small pet. - Income verification (paystubs, bank statements, offer letters, etc.) from the last 2 months may be required at time of application. - If you do not qualify financially, we require a guarantor/cosigner who has income of 4 times monthly rent per month (before taxes) or liquid assets equal to one year of total rent.
