The complete kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, table linens, a microwave, a coffee pot and Keurig with coffee bar, refrigerators, dishwashers, and a stove/oven. For entertainment, there are books, puzzles, board games for all ages, and TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Also provided are bed linens, bath towels, makeup towels, and beach towels. Central air-conditioning is available in the main house, and there is a washer/dryer in a separate laundry room next to the garage. Enjoy the use of kayaks with paddles and life vests, bicycles and helmets, and a beach umbrella. Private parking is available for multiple cars behind a code-gated entrance. Paloma is located on a tree-lined street within walking distance of Kelsey Park and Lake Park Marina. Close to beaches, parks, golf, and fine dining, this neighborhood offers numerous indoor and outdoor entertainment choices, casual and fine dining restaurants, and eclectic, upscale shopping. It is also located within minutes of Palm Beach International Airport, Tri-Rail, Brightline, fine dining, high-end shopping, museums, Florida wildlife preserves, and educational centers. Kelsey Park, with tennis and fitness stations on the intracoastal, is just one block away, as is Lake Park Marina, where you can charter fishing and scuba boats or launch your own boat. Absolutely no noise is allowed after 10 PM outside, parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed at the house, and quiet hours start at 10 PM. Guests are responsible for cleaning the gas grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. In 1919, Harry Seymour Kelsey arrived in Palm Beach County for the first time. He eventually purchased more than 100,000 acres, making him the county's largest land owner. He named his new town Kelsey City and he hired the Olmsted Brothers to lay out the town -- making it Florida's first planned community. In 1939, Kelsey City was renamed Lake Park. But to honor the town founder, a waterfront park was named for Kelsey. Lake Park Town Hall, built in 1927, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
