We are looking for quiet, non smoking people who have good credit and can pass the credit check ($50.00 each adult). A recent paycheck stub needs to be submitted with each application. The pet fee is $300.00 per animal (one time fee). There are 2 dog runs in the backyard (1 for each unit). The garage is not included. The lower level (rented) is not included. The price is $1,500 per month (for 1 person) plus the utilities are $350.00 per month. The utilities are water, sewer, shared trash can, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi. The fee of $50.00 per month goes towards the yard care. The lease ends 07/31/25. We are only looking for quiet people. No smoking, no partying. This is a duplex and the tenants downstairs don’t want to hear loud people. Parking available in front of the duplex on the City street.
