This home is setup like a duplex, with two separate apartments on either end that share the washer & dryer, parking and a small yard. Before signing a lease, I would like to have the occupants to be living at either side of the home meet briefly since there will be close proximity and some shared spaces. Utilities are split between the tenants living at either side of the home, and generally range from $100-$150 for this part of the home. Pets are allowed with some restrictions. The move in amount can vary with the application, but is generally 1st, last and security so about 3x rent. The application fee is $50 per adult. The application process is relatively straightforward, requiring pay stubs, rental references, credit & background checks.
