Each of the 3 bedrooms features comfortable sleeping arrangements, and there are 2 full bathrooms. Private parking is available. Located in The Grove, one of St. Louis's fastest-growing and most lively areas, this townhome boasts a central location with close vicinity to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. It's just steps from Manchester Street, offering numerous restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk, including Urban Chestnut brewery, Atomic Cowboy, and the Ready Room. Checkout is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 pm. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited, with deodorizing fees starting at $500 for any detected smoke smell. Parties or events are absolutely not allowed, and guests accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits resulting from their actions, in addition to forfeiting their security deposit. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police, and guests will forfeit their security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked to a range of 68-78 degrees in the summer and 60-72 degrees in the winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on the reservation; exceeding this number will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Guests are expected to leave the suite as they found it, with dishes cleaned and trash taken out. Great Wi-Fi is available, but its 100% functionality cannot be guaranteed. The property reserves the right to request additional documentation or security deposits. Moving furniture is prohibited and will incur a $100 fee per piece.
