Each Unit features a Living Room, Coat Closet, Dining Room, Full Kitchen with Refrigerator and Gas Stove, Linen Closet, Full Bathroom with Tub and Shower, a Large Bedroom, and a Large Bedroom Closet. All of our properties have secured entrances, an on-site Laundry Room, and the buildings are Smoke Free. Lease: 6 Months, then Month-to-Month One Off Street Parking Space for Tenant Parking only, Heat, Gas, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Recycling is included in monthly Rent amount. Tenant pays for Electricity and any other extra utilities they choose (cable, internet, etc.) We do allow pets/therapy animals under varying circumstances. If you do not have never rented before, or are not currently or have not been in a Lease or owned your property in the last 24 months, you may still be eligible for a Conditional Approval. * Settled UDs or Evictions must be more than 12 months old.
