About This Property
Awesome home in a quiet neighborhood 2 Story units in 1-unit building. 2-car Private Garage. This is a fantastic, recently renovated two story house. New carpets, new paint, and new blinds. If you know about Sierra Madre, then you know this is one of the best places in LA to live. The house is well suited to accommodate a small family or a pair of working professionals. Super relaxed and mellow neighborhood, yet close enough to downtown Pasadena to keep things interesting. Truly a fantastic spot.... Just hoping to find a few good tenants :) **NOTE: the pictures are staged, but at the moment, there is no furniture. It's wide open**

Sierra Madre is a small suburban city on the edge of Angeles National Forest, about five miles east of Pasadena on Interstate 210. The community is predominately made up of residential neighborhoods, with a rental market that includes a mix of upscale apartments, condos, and single-family homes. The superb local schools and the low crime rate help make Sierra Madre a popular choice for families, and outdoorsy types love the close proximity to the region’s sprawling nature preserves.
The city’s pride and joy is its record-breaking wisteria vine, a massive one-acre flowering plant on the 500 block of North Hermosa Avenue that has been named one of the seven horticultural wonders of the world; the annual Wistaria Festival in the springtime is one of the community’s most popular events.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
