Sound machines are provided for guest comfort. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Remaining in the Unit more than 30 minutes past check-out will result in a $75 late departure fee. Remaining in the Unit more than two (2) hours past check-out will result in an additional night being charged. A $40 fee per undeclared Guest will be charged. Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property and violation results in a $200 fine, plus any additional costs incurred from odor remediation or loss of subsequent reservations.
