The bathroom has a corner shower. Stackable washer/dryer. There is room in the garage for a bicycle and/or motorcycle. If you have a car, it will only have street parking. The property is shared with the house next door, which also shares the garage for one car. A cat OK on approval (needs to be adult, fixed and vaxxed). We use to evaluate. Additional refundable deposit. Pet fee would be $25/month, and refundable deposit would be $250. Application fee is $50 per adult.
