About This Home
Short term rental for the summer. Standalone and update brick bungalow in amazing Alamo Placita (best block in Denver!) This place is available from May 18 to August 31, but everything is very negotiable. Just looking to fill it for the summer. It's got a brand new kitchen and bathroom, two big bedrooms, a great office with lots of light, a huge unfinished basement, detached garage, and a fully fenced in backyard. It's a one block walk to Safeway, and within a 5 block radius there's a ton of restaurants/bars/coffee shops (Pablos on 6th, Don's on 6th, Angelo's, Moe's Bagels, Tikka Grill, etc). The place will be mostly unfurnished, but we can help out with a few odds and ends (eg table, one queen bed, stools for the kitchen, etc). You will be working directly with me, the owner. No property manager or other junk.
