Landscaping is included in the rent and the tenant covers all other utilities. One small dog (30 pounds or less) is possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and a $2,500 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of a 12-month lease. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
