About This Property

Property Id: 1524173 Looking for a group of responsible females to fill our all girl Paris house. We have rooms available to rent from $520-$670. There are three total bathrooms in the house and each room is individually leased. Utilities is split between the girls at the house and is usually close to $50 a month. We are a 3 minute drive from UCCS and a 10 minute walk. The house has been remodeled with excellent flooring, AC and a new deck. The main living areas in the house come furnished and we do provide kitchenware. Come check us out and set up a tour.
