The home features a comfy living area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private pool with optional heat, and access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a lazy river and fitness center. For families, a pack 'n play is available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. Located in Solterra Resort, this home places you within a short drive of major attractions. Disney is about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios about 30 minutes, and SeaWorld about 25 minutes. The surrounding area offers outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, along with easy access to popular destinations like Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per the HOA rules. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make it simple to stay connected when needed. [SI]
