Utilities that are included: heat, water, sewer, snow removal, gas for dryer and fireplace, and trash. You will need to put electric in your name. If you want internet/cable you will have to order it. Available for 12 month lease. 1st months rent and security deposit (equivalent to 2 months rent) due before move in. Thats 7650 to sign the contract and get keys. No pets and 2 occupants max per HOA rules and regulations. NO PETS, this is not negotiable. Application will require a credit check for everyone living in the unit (per person cost) or you can pull and provide a recent ( 6 months old) copy of your credit report for free at annualcreditreport (no application fee needed for this approach).
