Note that the apartment is close to a major highway, separated by a large barrier, and is not walkable to many restaurants. Smoking is prohibited, and any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower.
