Enjoy the private backyard with a sprawling deck, string lights, a gas grill, two dining tables, and a Bluetooth speaker system. Pets are not allowed at Lone Star Haven. This home is primely located minutes from Texas A&M University, Kyle Field, Big Shots Golf, Star Cinema Grill, and top local dining, including Porters, Chimy’s, CAVA, Hopdoddy, and Mo’s Irish Pub. Downtown Bryan, with its boutique shopping and dining, is just 10 minutes away. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property; unauthorized guests will incur a $300 fee plus $25 per person. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. Parties are prohibited. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door; all trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station, and failure to do so will result in a $20 charge. If a guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
