About This Property
Occupied until 4/15/2023! Do not disturb existing tenants at the complex. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, some recent cosmetic updates. Washer dryer hookups for full size stackable units, or mini stack. Washer / Dryer is not included. Mini-split heat pump for year round comfort. Real hardwood floors in the bedrooms, wood look vinyl plank in kitchen, bath, and living. If you have recently applied for one of our units, there is no need to apply again, just let me know that you are interested and I will review the previous application. Rent is $800, security deposit is $1200. Security deposit is fully refundable. Cats are allowed, but dogs are not unfortunately. Tenant is responsible for gas (Unisource), and electric (APS), water and trash are paid by the complex. There is no fee to apply, but all adults living in the home must be on the lease, and be able to pass a background check. Background check is $40 per person. If you have concerns about the background check, chat with me for information about what we can work with, and what would disqualify someone. You must complete the no-cost application before we will schedule a time for you to view the home. Text or e-mail any questions you may have.

Winslow is small desert city located right on the historic Route 66. A popular road trip stop, Winslow is best known for being featured in lyrics in the hit single, “Take It Easy” by the Eagles. Thousands each year who come to Winslow stop by “Standin’ in the Corner” Park to snap photos at the corner mentioned in the park. Winslow is extremely proud of its connection to the Mother Road and hosts the Annual “Standin’ on the Corner” Festival featuring a beer garden, horseshoe tournament, auction, clothing vendors, and live music. This two-day event brings in visitors from across the globe.
An all-around tourist location, Winslow has several natural landmarks in and around town that are visited frequently. Observe the world's best preserved meteorite impact site on Earth at Meteor Crater Visitor Center or admire ancient ruins of pueblos and petroglyphs while hiking or camping at the Homolovi State Park.
