It is also an open, working orchard and farm and shared property with other detached homes and units, barns, free-range chickens, and the owner coming and going as need be for property care and maintenance, so no dogs will be considered at this time for this guest home unit, Thank you. This is an absolutely No Smoking Home and Property, Thank you. Appliances Included are: Electric stove and oven, microwave (as-is), and refrigerator (as-is). Appliances Not Included are: Dishwasher (also note there is no kitchen sink garbage disposal) and no space or hook up for dishwasher at this time, nor are Washer and Dryer units supplied. However, Washer and Dryer hook-ups are available outside of this unit; Dryer hookup is Electric, if tenant wishes to supply their own units. Please Note: This guest home unit is located on a shared property, with other tenants, and owner from time to time, as well as the property itself being a working farm, with a variety of fruit and other commercial-producing trees, there are also bee hive boxes on the property and chickens. This means there at times throughout the year may be seasonal fertilizing, weed abatement, tractor operations, or other activities taking place on or around the property. This is a rural and country-like setting, where there are pests, rodents, and wildlife that may at times come right on up or into the home, while we have monthly and on-call pest control included, please be aware of such things and plan accordingly for yourself, family, and animals or pets that may be on the property with you and others.
