Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. This home is best suited for small groups or families. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with the cost of any damages and extra cleaning costs. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate. The hot tub is located on the back porch and hot tub towels are in the hall closet. Turn off the jets after use. No glass in the hot tub area—use plastic cups for drinks. Rinse off before entering the hot tub to keep the water clean and ensure no children are in the hot tub without adult supervision. [SI]
