About This Property
Historic Downtown Champaign We are renting an apartment in our house. We have spent several years restoring and improving this Victorian house in the historic neighborhood around West Side Park, the oldest neighborhood in Champaign. We are looking for someone who will appreciate the character of the apartment, as well as living in a well-maintained building without having to deal with the big impersonal real estate companies that manage most of the apartments around CU. This is our only rental property, and we live here. There are fruit trees in the yard, a porch with a porch swing, table and chairs, and plenty of other amenities including FREE LAUNDRY, FREE HEAT, hardwood floors, tons of closet space and built-in storage and shelving. It is also ideally located near downtown Champaign, with its many restaurants, bars, cafes, and theaters.
403 W Hill St is an apartment community located in Champaign County and the 61820 ZIP Code.
