There is a large loft that can be used as an additional Livingroom as well. You have access to your own private attached garage for parking along with the street and parking lot. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. There is a laundry closet in the home with a washer and dryer hookup, however you will need to supply your own washer and dryer. There is a $45 non-refundable application fee for each adult that applies. Once applicant passes screening, they will be required to pay a full month rent to hold the property. First and last months rent may be required depending on screening results. A security deposit equaling one-month rent is due to lease the property. There is a one-time $150 lease initiation fee due at lease signing. Low credit applicants may be required to enroll in our high-risk tenant program at a cost of 3% monthly rent.
