This home offers unbeatable convenience—just a short walk to Texas A&M University, Kyle Field, Northgate, and Century Square. It's also within walking distance of Northgate nightlife and Century Square shopping. Nearby favorites include Kyle Field (10-minute walk), Northgate (restaurants, bars, and live music), and Century Square (shopping, dining, and entertainment). Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed at Gameday Getaway. If a pet is found on the property, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge. [SI]
