Lots of closet space, with large rooms and large balcony space. As close, as one can get to the beach, without being on the beach. Near the Everglades port, FLL airport, Dania Point, walking distance to Publix shopping center and simply very central to all necessities and wants. Asking $2300 per month ( seeking long term rental). Must have 670 or higher credit score and pass a background check independently conducted by the HOA . Very mellow community and area. Unit's Parking spot right in front of the building and Elevator. Price cut to $2300 due to painting and repairs which have already started. Any questions feel free to ask. Security cameras on premises. Note: City mandated repair work has started in the building, the monthly rent has been been lowered from $2,500 to $2,300 as an incentive to rent the place to someone that does not mind the dust, work has progressed quickly and the building should soon be ready to paint, but there is no specific time frame given as to when they will be finished. work starts at 9am and finishes around 5pm.
