I'm relocating for personal reasons so looking for someone to take over my lovely spacious one bedroom apartment from Jan 2019. The apt is in a great location, 3mins walk from red line Sheridan stop, and bus right downstairs to the brown/blue line. Most convenient for commuting to the loop/DePaul/Loyola/UofC downtown campus. Grocery stores (Whole Foods, Jewels, TJ's, etc) and pharmacy stores are all within walking distance. Very affordable price for the convenience and neighborhood. Easy street parking on Irving Park Rd. The bedroom is huge, with treeline view outside of the window facing the more quite Kenmore Ave. I currently have a queen bed, a nightstand, a desk, a bookshelf and still have plenty of space. Big walk-in closet. Long countertop in the kitchen. Laundry in the same building garden unit floor, coin operated. You will have a new lease with the rental management company starting from Jan 2019, but the apt will be available from 12/22 if you need to move in early. Shelves and some furniture can stay. Two brand new Kenmore brand Alexa enabled window ACs can stay for a small fee. Pictures are taken at night so please understand it looks a bit darker than what it really is during the day.
