Tenant required to have Tenant Liability Insurance or coverage will be put in place. 12-month lease term Applicants to verify all material facts including but not limited to room sizes, utilities, schools, HOA rules, community amenities, fees, and costs, etc. All Tenants are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package ( see below for more information ) MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of the monthly rent will be required to take the property off the market. This is due within 24 hours after approval and will be applied to your security deposit at lease signing.
