The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and/or text message in the days before your arrival. This is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building or around with permanent residents, so be mindful and respectful of their space. For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time. If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information. Travelers are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID and selfie, agreement to house rules, and security deposit if applicable). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically.
