After two years living here, and our car was broken into and stolen while parked IN THE GARAGE. The gates do not make it safer, the office doesn’t handle emergency situations well. Suppose to be a courtesy officer here and there isn’t. Multiple smells of marjuana in hallways. Slow to answer emails and bad communication when changing apartments.

My daughter and I were looking for an apartment that was close to TCU and close to shops and restaurants. We are not from the area and the staff did an excellent job of telling us about the neighborhood and where to shop. We did not feel rushed during our tour even though we came in close to closing on a Saturday. We went over the lease and everything was upfront with no surprises. Moving here was the easiest decision we made.

First of all we were under impression that we will get a washer dryer. After we sign lease and about to move in we got a call saying that our unit doesn’t have it but they said they will put one in and increase rent which we are ok. Like an idiot we sign the lease mainly because we didn’t have much options. The washer dryer never came. The train track is close so you will hear it every day and the fire alarm keeps going off. One time at 7 am on a Saturday for one hour before it turns off. I can’t wait until lease ends.

I’m moving here in July and currently live in Nebraska. Needless to say relying on videos to pick an apartment is a challenge. Robyn has gone out of her way to make the process such a breeze. The people here are very cool and make it feel like home. I love the pool in the summer.
I've lived here a year now and it's just getting worse. Loud noise from train and parties. Can't even sit on back porch due to Marijuana smell. Trash and dog crap everywhere. Look elsewhere.
Great apartments, amenities, and staff. However, fees have been added to the rent since we moved in. Each month, our rent has been higher than the previous month. Therefore, we rate the Property Management as such.
I just moved to Fort Worth 2 weeks ago and even though the move was a nightmare, the staff at 4000 Hulen was so supportive and made the transition easy. The common space has Starbucks coffee&tea, media area with multiple flat screen TVs, pool table and more! The views are amazing! I have a view of the TCU footballfield, darkwood floors and granite counters. ..... I'm so happy here! !
4000 Hulen Place is an amazing place to live! My husband and I recently relocated to the Fort Worth area with two small children from a 4bd rm home! Our apartment is literally almost as big as our home were just missing two bedrooms!! The kitchen is very spacious, beautiful wood floors, big bathrooms and huge walk in closets! Plus it's in the perfect location! There is no playground in the complex but there are really nice parks just minutes away!! If you are looking for an apartment 4000 Hulen Place is a great place to live??
Views of downtown FW & TCU. Close to West 7th, downtown and Near Southside. Nice amenities. A little noisy with trafic and train station. A little pricey
I've been here for about 6 months now and have Zero complaints. The apartments are beautiful and the office staff are very nice! I've never lived anywhere with such friendly maintenance. The amenities are fantastic. An awesome gym, pool, dog park, pool table FREE Starbucks every morning. The location is great. A cab to 7th Street costs almost nothing. There's TONS of parking in or outside of the garage. I plan on staying here until I'm ready to buy a house.no way I'd want to live in any other apartment again. NO I do not work here. Just a very happy resident. :)
