The condo is a smoke-free facility and the resort does not permit pets, except for service animals. Located on the grounds of the Gulf Shores Plantation, this unit is close to the Sassy Bass Restaurant, which should never disappoint. Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are just steps away. Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away, and nine miles westward is Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks. Access to Dauphin Island is available via the Mobile Bay Ferry. The condo is a smoke-free facility and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. A security camera is installed outside for safety and protection, but there are no cameras inside the property.
