The living area is designed with modern comforts, and the kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Parking passes for a maximum of 2 cars are available. Laundry rooms are available on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3, and 2 on the first floor of building 4 for a fee. Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are steps away. Fresh food of the Sassy Bass Grill is nearby, and Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away. Nine miles westward is Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks, and you can access Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
