Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. The apartment has a noise policy requiring guests not to disturb neighbors and to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
