Love the community so far. Very welcoming staff and fantastic amenities. Elevators made move-in a breeze, and I could not be happier with my unit. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook elaborate meals and the big windows provide a nice view.

Overall the apartment is nice, I’ve enjoyed the layout of my unit and the local area. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and calm, the neighbors seem friendly and the building is lively. The pool and clubhouse are used frequently and it always seems to have a nice life to it. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff are friendly. My only takeaway is the pet droppings and smell left behind, seems that the residents could be a little better about picking up after their pets

Overall, a good community! The grounds and facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is great with communication. The walls are a bit thin, therefore, you can hear your neighbors if they are louder individuals, but overall a quieter community, which is nice.

I really enjoyed my time living in this apartment. The property was always clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The amenities were a big plus—everything was well-kept and added to the overall comfort and convenience of living here. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.
Everything has been great! I love the community and the upkeep thats put into this apartment t building. I love the new app system allowing access thru all of the gates, I think that was a fantastic idea
I love the community and the team here at the 400 Belmont complex. Nice quiet neighborhood with alot surrounding it. There are minor hiccups but nothing that would make me want to leave.

Best Apartments I've ever lived in in the Smyrna Area. Back in the 70's there was a complex call Moonraker off Delk Road. The Best ever, but 400 comes close

Been a resident here for 3 years, it is a peaceful living environment. Great location, close enough to major venues and access to highway but not in the heart of it so easy to avoid crowds and noise.

The maintenance and cleaning crew do an excellent job for the size of the crew. The roof leak took some time to solve but it was top of mind with the team here. The tree pollen in the spring is big nuisance but was handled well.

This is a decent place. Don’t live by the pool, way too noisy. There is dog poop everywhere. On the sidewalk, grass. These people don’t even try to clean up after their pets. Leasing office won’t do anything about noisy neighbors or dog poop. Overall, Not bad, just watch your step lol.

Great management team. Great maintenance crew. Trash pickup is good. They miss some days Parking and entrance gates can be challenging. Especially with tenants illegally Parking in the handicap spaces in front of bed 3000. Please keep me on the transfer list.

I have lived at 400 Belmont for almost 2 years. I have had minimal issues with neighbor noise and have always felt safe in my apartment and within the complex. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and love the floor plan with closet connection between the bathroom and bedroom. I also really appreciated having a washer and dryer included. I have never had any issues with the gates or parking. One of my main complaints was related to intermittent odors from pot smoking around the complex (I.e. walking from parking lot to my unit & odors wafting into my bathroom through ventilation of neighboring units). I also wish that the complex would have had community events like happy hour or grab and go breakfast. I never really met any neighbors. Convenient location and overall great neighborhood within walking distance of Smyrna Community Green, Library and Smyrna Market Village with shops, restaurants and bars.

Today makes 2 months I have been a resident at 400 Belmont. I really enjoy my apartment and community. It’s safe , quiet and conveniently located. The staff is always attentive and willing to help. Jose , the head of the maintenance team is awesome to work with. The cleaning staff is hard working and does a great job keeping all the common areas looking nice. Amazon lockers and mailboxes are conveniently located and I enjoy the street parking as well as the gated parking. I like the fact staff sends out emails reminding residents what it takes to keep high standards in the community (picking up after your pets, reiterating Valet Trash rules, noise levels for residents and guest etc. ) I feel I made the right decision becoming a resident in this amazing community.

The community is okay. It’s very diverse, old and young people. Can’t beat the location. The downside is the dog dropping. It’s literally everywhere.

I’ve been at 400 Belmont for almost a month and it has been a very pleasant experience. The community is very quiet , peaceful and safe. My unit is nice and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Valet trash picks up on a regular schedule and the elevator is in working order , which is very convenient. Andy and Mona in the leasing office have been very nice and accommodating. I appreciate email communications and messages on the portal from the staff. I haven’t had the chance to try out any of the accommodations but they look very nice and I can’t wait to do so. I feel like I made the right decision in choosing my new home at 400 Belmont !

Living here at 400 Belmont has been an amazing experience so far. I have been living here within these lovely apartment homes for 3 years now. Mo and Andy have always been tentative to any issues that I may have and always present themselves with the nicest hospitality and care when it comes to the tenants and property. In my time in getting to know them personally they have gone over and beyond for the property. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is I wish the Wi-Fi for residents was stronger in the clubhouse. Me and several residents are in graduate and undergraduate programs and utilizing the clubhouse for studying would be better with a stronger internet connection. Thanks for the hot Starbucks coffee! and I love the fitness center. The property has installed electric charges which is making a hug difference for us who have electric vehicles. Overall, still a great location and place to call home.

The apartment is great, and I love those who manage it. But the maintenance team is subpar. It took a month before anything was done about my leaking tub. They claimed to fix it numerous times, but had not. Even when I tried explaining the issue to them so they could better understand, they would do their own thing. It took almost 2 months to get this fixed. None of the caulking in the bathtub area was completed upon move in. My mailbox was broken.

Excellent choice tomakewhen finding a suitable place to live. The staff was second to none in explaining the property and showing us all the apartments. My wife and I are very pleased with our choice. The property checked all the boxes. especially the dog park. The neighborhood is perfectly located to the express way. The food court is in walking distance. Massive amenities for all your personal needs was a plus as well.

The move in process worked very well. Our coordinator was helpful. We have a couple of maintenance items still not addressed; however, there is a plan to complete those.

Safe and secure apartment community with convenient location. Walking distance to Smyrna restaurants and shops. Elevator access makes moving and bringing in groceries and shopping easier. Nice pool area. Only a couple of complaints: Sometimes trash compactor and recycling area overflows but it is usually resolved within a day. People with dogs aren’t held responsible for cleaning up after them. Would be nice if complex had occasional happy hour socials or grab and go breakfast events.

Loud Neighbors (Upstairs). Even after complaining nothing has ever been done about it. Maintenance never comes unless you call or email the office (even after requesting via the app). Hard to reach the courtesy officer. Goes to VM.

Everything is great here parking is the only issue. Staff is awesome as well. We love our unit and the community is clean and quiet. We have been here for about 7 month and we have no complaints

Great place to live. Feels safe. Maintenance is pretty quick with resolving requests. Amenities are overall well kept. Residents aren’t great about picking up their dogs poop which can be inconvenient. Easy mail/package access. Would recommend!

Things were well when we first moved in but as time went by and different residents moved in things changed. Kids running and screaming in the hallways. People smoking weed on their balconies stinking up the place. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. Elevators or gates not constantly working. Lastly, I had an issue with my bill and the individual I went to about it told me he had it fixed and straight up lied. I had to go to the property manager to get my bill fixed literally one day before it was due!
