The property sits on the corner of Washington and Olive Street and has a large, detached one car garage. The home has all new flooring, appliances, cabinets, countertops and painting. All bedrooms include a closet. There is a spacious dining and living room. Laundry hookups are in the home, but the tenant will need to provide their own washer and dryer unit. Up to two small pets are allowed with a non-refundable $250 deposit per pet. Each pet adds $25 to rent. No utilities are included in the rent, so the tenant will be responsible for trash, lawn care, and all utilities. Our application process is through AppFolio, which is an online software we use to screen tenants, collect rent and manage maintenance request.
