Services included are lawn maintenance, snow plowing, and garbage removal. The initial lease is for 12 months, and will convert to a month to month lease after the first 12 months. The unit is heated by a wall mounted propane monitor heater, as well as baseboard electric. Hot water is supplied by an electric hot water heater. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, including heat, electricity, water, and internet. No pets and no smoking allowed.
