Welcome to a Nest for Now a cozy space that feels like a tiny home...large enough to hold your dreams and allow your fathoming possibilities yet small enough to not overwhelm or intimidate or feel daunting. Consider this as a hotel alternative when you need time to sort next steps or are new to the area or transitioning and taking life moment by moment. This is a modest floor through with areas for living/sleeping/dining. There is a small bathroom with a shower only (toilet and sink and vanity also) There is an efficiency one wall kitchen with all necessary appliances: oven, stove, micro, sink, refridgerator/freezer combo. There is a pantry and small eating table and chair set. There is a futon couch queen bed and a lofted upper bunk as well. There is ample dishes and cookware to meet your basic needs There are linens for the bath and bedding. There is an armoire for clothing There is a private garden with two chairs for star gazing and dreaming There is a private parking space. All inclusive rate includes wifi and electric and use of everything. Furnished Short Term Studio condo + private garden + private parking space For those moments in between when you're : 1. first time on your own renting your own space 2. first time on your own due to separation or divorce 3. first time in the area due to new job 4. first time in the area because you are retired Think of this option as the space in between finding your long term option Alternative to hotel but private and quiet and cozy and on your own. A space to sort next steps or work from home. A space to hear your heart and figure out what makes sense for your now. 31 night minimum stay Thank you for your interest.
