The main level has 3 master suites with attached baths (queens in all). A second living space and bunk room (6 twin size beds) on the upper level is the perfect space away from it all for all the. Ski storage in an outdoor secured shed means you can leave all the gear up in the mountains. Parking is surface parking in the driveway. Tenants are for gas, electric, tv and internet. The monthly rent includes snow removal, trash, water and sewer. Ski season lease, Nov 1-April 30. Please do not ask for a shorter time period. When inquiring about this property, please include: -A little info about yourself and who would be living in the property -Info about your current housing situation -Information about your employment and income Dwell Summit shows rental properties by appointment only, with 24 hours notice between 10A and 4P.
