There is a spacious unfinished basement with shelving and plenty of storage as well as washer and dryer hook-ups (will supply a washer and dryer for an additional $50/month). This home also includes a 1-car detached garage, driveway parking, and a huge, sloping back yard that is fenced on three sides. Cats and dogs are considered (no aggressive breeds).
