I can’t say enough great things about 3Sixty Flats! The maintenance team is amazing. Someone always shows up within a day for regular requests, and emergency maintenance arrives within minutes. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve responded quickly and kindly. The office staff is the friendliest group of ladies I’ve ever met in an apartment office, they truly make you feel at home. The apartment itself is spotless. The bedroom carpets look brand new, and the wood-patterned floors in the main areas are super cute. The kitchen and bathrooms are definitely my favorite parts. The kitchen has a large granite island with overhead lighting, under-cabinet track lights, and all modern, updated appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful. They have huge, clean tiled tubs, double sinks in both bathrooms, and more cabinet space than we even know what to do with. We also love the community amenities. Playing pool, corn hole, and swimming in the large pool has been so much fun. But honestly, the best part of living here is the welcoming atmosphere. From the maintenance team to the office staff (Larissa, Jackie, DeMarre), everyone is genuinely friendly, and that makes us feel at home.

If you enjoy constant pest issues with scorpions, having noisy neighbors, and always stepping in dog poop everywhere you step then this is the place for you. Not only is noise an issue from your neighbors but you will hear it outside and in the common halls. People slam doors, argue in the hallways, and if you end up in my unit then you’ll have an upstairs neighbor who purposely stomps and drops heavy objects. We’ve had a constant run in with scorpions and told by the pest control rep that if we keep cleaning our apartment then the scorpions will just keep coming…seriously?! Stay away from this place
If you would like hear music, your neighbors might fulfil this. I lived a unit surrounding noisy neighbors, many times talked to office, called the police, but no resolution. I sent many voice recordings to prove the excessive noise to the office. But they always ignored this saying we do not hear nothing. At the end, property manager threatened me if I continue to complain about the noise, she would kick me out.

My issues started at move in. 2 days before move in I received an "email" advising me my apt had not been vacated by the previous renters. I had already paid movers. I had to have them move me into a storage facility while I moved into a "temporary" Apt. Once moved in, I noticed bites on my legs and confirmed the apt had to be sprayed for fleas after the last tenant. My car was wrecked by someone, like back bumper was smashed all the way in - oops no cameras! Next up Mice! Not just 1 mouse, but 2. This was the final straw. I was paying too much money to have to live with mice. Took them a week to get Orkin out, which I pay for! When I said the Mgr was "useless" they hit me with a "disturbing the peace" notice I was SO appalled considering I spent most days listening to my neighbor upstairs scream to the top of their lungs at each other. My poor daughter was terrified. Now that I have finally escaped, here comes my final bill and I see I was billed for an extra day even though the Apt Mgr knew I had moved out and left keys. I did get that taken off my bill. But who expects to pay for carpet after staying there for almost 3 years, with no damage to the carpet other than cheap carpet being worn out. I want my voice heard and I want others to know if you are going to pay this price, go somewhere where you are appreciated and you have a better living experience.

I was charged two months rent this month on the first and when I called and did what they told me what to do to fix it, I had charge after charge pile up into my account and ended up almost paying $200 for a mistake they made. If you want to pay for mistakes made by their system and staff then I definitely recommend living here.

First off let me start with that I have never left a bad review. I work in the service industry and get that things can go wrong. However, I have held off too long when it comes to making this review. The lack of empathy for their residents is unacceptable from the front office staff. A few months ago my engagement ring was taken from the workout room. There was enough evidence to result in an arrest of one of the office staff employees. Conflicting tape stories, physical evidence of taking the ring, etc. Our dryer was not drying clothes properly when we moved in as it would take 4 cycles for the clothes to become completely dry. We contacted the office staff and maintenance was quick to come check the problem out. However, after having to write a maintenance request four times and them saying they would REPLACE the dryer twice now, it still wasn't fixed. They did eventually come replace the dryer which never fully fixed the problem. Instead of 4 cycles to dry clothes it took two, therefore my fiance and I decided to deal with that. It now takes 5 cycles to dry the clothes and we do not trust office staff nor people to come into our apartment and feel as though we will just be wasting our breath. To wrap this up, it isn't okay with how much dog waste is left in the grass which has gotten my dog sick already along with the amount of SPIDERS, let alone a scorpion on the sidewalk. The trash everywhere is not okay with the premium price of the apartment and area. At the end of the day, I am frustrated and severely disappointed that management nor CORPORATE had the decency to reach out and speak to me or even apologize for any of this and I want to make sure you're confident in the next choice for your home and know what is really going on here.

The concerns you noted with your dryer and trash are things that we’d like to resolve. We want you to be happy here at the community and in your home. We invite you to call or email the manager back as soon as you’re able. We’d really like to prove to you that our community is a great place to call home.
Please just believe me your life will be hell if you move in here! Being kept up until 11pm at night even if you call the “security” they won’t do anything about it. Told me that people moving out at 10:30pm is okay and they need to do so. We’ve had ant issues as well. This place is not safe to live. Tires have been stolen off of someone’s truck and left on bricks. The main office had a computer stolen and multiple packages have been stolen from people’s doors. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I believe I am the first person to lease an apt with this complex. It's a newly constructed apt, with first building ready or move in in Nov 6th. Since I've leased they let me into my apt to view it already and it was absolutely awesome. The design felt Urban IMO. Has granite countertops throughout. Track and pendant lighting and all the appliances were stainless steel. Had wood laminate floors everywhere except bedroom and closet. The shower was even amazing with beautiful files from floor to ceiling. This is definitely going to be the nicest apt I've lived in. Last thing that I really liked is that all of the apt front doors are located inside the building. If you picture how rooms are inside a hotel you can picture he breezeway I'm describing. I can't wait to move in. The office staff has been great with the leasing process.
