An attached 2 car garage contains built in storage shelves and utility bench. Established foliage all around the house (irises, clematis, honeysuckle, lilac, crabapple, raspberries, weeping willow, roses, etc.). Lease start date is semi flexible from 3/15 to 4/15. Tenants will pay for all utilities and services (e.g. internet, phone, cable, trash). Pets are allowed, but will need to be approved prior to their occupancy.
