Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, this cabin offers a tranquil retreat in nature. While mountain roads can be steep and winding, the views are worth the drive. All booking guests must be at least 23 years of age (except children accompanied by their parents) and present during the entire stay. Guests are financially responsible for any property damage attributed to their negligence or abuse. No refunds for weather-related issues, road conditions, or power outages. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late checkouts/early check-ins will have a $50 charge per instance. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs.
