The apartment includes bedrooms each with a queen bed, USB lamps and table, a bathroom with bath amenities and a full tub, an open concept kitchen looking into the living area, and a living room with a comfortable couch and a 55" Roku TV. Free parking is available on the premises and complimentary 1G Mbps Wi-Fi is provided. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals, but additional or unauthorized animals will incur a charge of $150 per pet. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the unit or garage, and there will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incident. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily.
