The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including stove, refrigerator, over the range microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Dining area includes breakfast bar and unique step in window feature. The private screened in porch with storage closet is accessible from the living room and master bedroom and overlooks the 8th hole of the Myrtlewood Golf Course and the Myrtle Pointe Lake. The master bedroom features an en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room for added comfort. Washer and dryer are included in the unit as is. The community features an outdoor pool, two tennis courts, a basket ball court, a sauna, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with a library and a full kitchen. The unit will tentatively be available to view and rent 8/7/20. Rent is $995.00 per month and includes water, sewer, basic cable, trash, and landscaping. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Security deposit of $995.00 and renters insurance are required. Pets are not permitted and all of our properties are non-smoking.
