The cottage features two tranquil bedrooms, each tastefully decorated to provide a sanctuary of calm for your rest. The first bedroom is a romantic retreat with a sumptuous queen bed. The second bedroom offers versatility, featuring two comfy twin beds, making it an ideal choice for friends or siblings. Completing the home is a shared bathroom, thoughtfully equipped with a tub, ensuring a soothing escape where you can refresh and rejuvenate after a day of exploration. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. This cottage is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and noise monitoring technology. The laundry space is shared between all units. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.
