This centrally located apartment is just 15 minutes from downtown and minutes from I-185, with easy access to Fort Moore. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., and marijuana are prohibited in or around the home, and will incur a $500 charge. Parties are prohibited at the home. To be courteous to our neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided.
