The extra-large master bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a large closet and private bath; the other two bedrooms are situated on the other side of the apartment for privacy. The apartment offers two additional bathrooms. In-unit laundry hookups are for your use if you wish to bring a washer/dryer. Utilities are not included but the apartment is equipped with energy efficient appliances and is powered by natural gas. We allow indoor cats (2 maximum) but no dogs. No exceptions, sorry! This apartment comes with two assigned parking spaces.
