Parking is a breeze, with two dedicated covered parking spaces under the carport and guest parking available on the street. Note, that does mean the unit only comes with two parking spaces. The carport also doubles as a massive 20x14 deck, offering the perfect spot to entertain guests or relax in the sun. What utilities do the tenants cover? Washer/dryer hook-ups are conveniently located in the basement, and the unit has separate utilities including electric, gas, and cable/Wi-Fi. The primary heat is natural gas, and secondary electric baseboard heating is available in bedrooms 1 and 2, although previous tenants have stated they were not necessary. What utilities does the owner cover? Water, sewer, and driveway snow removal are all taken care of by the owner. Cats are negotiable, but smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. An application fee of $35 per individual for credit and background checks, as well as references required. Security deposit equal to one month's rent due upon signing.
