39 North Apartments has been a good place to live overall. The grounds are clean and landscaped nicely, the community feels quiet, and I like having amenities such as the pool and dog park. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and the apartments themselves are comfortable and well kept. That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The gate doesn’t always work properly, which can be frustrating since it’s advertised as a gated community. Maintenance can also be a little slow at times, though when they do come, the work is usually done well. On top of that, there are several added fees beyond rent (utilities, trash, pet fees, etc.), so it’s worth being aware of the full monthly costs. Even with those issues, I think the value is good for the area, and I’d recommend 39 North to someone looking for a quiet and safe apartment community in Denver.

The apartment is decently sized for the rent. The leasing agent in the office is wonderful. She is always super friendly and happy to engage with residents. Having the gate surrounding the apartment complex has been really nice.

It's time to open the pool, summer is almost over and they haven't opened it yet.We need the pool because we have children who want to shower and are very busy in the summer.

I’ve lived at 39 North Apartments for 2 months now, and it’s been a mix of highs and lows. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Cherry Creek, I-25, and tons of great dining spots. The community itself has potential. I loved having access to the pool in the summer, and the dog park is a plus for pet owners like me. The smart locks are also a cool touch that made me feel more secure. That said, maintenance can be hit or miss. Some requests were handled quickly, but others took far too long or needed follow-up. Communication with the front office has improved recently, but earlier it felt like messages would just vanish into thin air. I’ve also experienced some surprise fees that weren’t well explained at move-in. Overall, while 39 North Apartments offers several attractive features and a convenient location, potential renters should consider both the positive aspects and the reported concerns when making a decision.

I absolutely love it here! The move-in experience was extremely easy and the team here has excellent communication! My apartment is beautiful and they let me choose everything I needed. They also left very cute move-in gifts like snacks and gifts for my cat. I can't speak highly enough of this place and can't wait to start my life here. :-)

The move in was interesting due to a last-minute change in apartments. By last minute I mean with an hour before we were supposed to move in, but the leasing agent was super helpful and sweet about the entire process. She was honest about what had happened in our original apartment and helped us through the process of setting up a contract for the new apartment with the same price we were supposed to pay.

Generally like it here - pretty quiet, responsive maintenance, and a decent enough unit for the price. The renovations leave a lot to be desired - there are so many rough edges and things I've endeavored to fix of my own prerogative... It goes pretty far beyond oversights. These are not the sorts of things which an invested contractor or quality review would miss. Some even actively posed a threat to the building and unit's condition, like uncaulked escutcheon plates. Or the unimpeded 1/2" gap under the front door impacting HVAC efficiency and exposing the unit to insects. Other things are just strange, like missing baseboard, and the sock I found in my toilet reservoir. But these are only minor annoyances in the grand scheme of things, and have not interfered with an overall positive experience. I generally get the impression that Sack Capital is only here to flip this property. But even for as bumpy as the application process was, they've generally been pleasant enough to work with

It's a fairly quiet and clean community... except for the laundry room, which leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, there are washing machines (more than one) very close by, so it's easy to solve. The neighbors are pretty quiet. This is my first year, and it's been great.

I have had a good experience here, the neighbors are nice. I like what the North team is doing with the grounds. Leasing team is awesome! On a scale of 1-10 I am giving the residence an 8. There is always room for improvement, but that is anywhere that you go.

So, things started out well enough… but ended up being just like everywhere else. We were promised within 6-12 months, we would have in-unit stackable W/D units, & that didn’t happen. The laundry room is pretty much unusable now at this point; I’ve had so many clothing items RUINED by the washers/dryers here, and have totally stopped using them altogether and now go off-site for laundry. The laundry room regularly has homeless people sleeping in it or storing their things in it at any given time too; we’ve had to ask for TOO much to be done here that should be AUTOMATICALLY done every single day… from dog waste cleanup every day of the ENTIRE property, ESPECIALLY the dog park, & more. I’m tired of asking for help every single time I try to attempt using an amenity or go to do something that should be working or should be clean, or should be easy… it isn’t. At all. We will not be renewing our lease here again, especially since we know we are paying MUCH more than MOST who live here.

Bullcrap. Everyone here sucks. $50 convenience fee to pay your bill, parking is a disaster, moving in or out is ridiculous unless you're on the edge. Dumpsters are so far away and there's a Karen in R who walks around recording everyone.

The property is kept well. Always clean and lawn very green.Any one would enjoy living here.You see Mallards flying, you see geese, you see beautiful blue skies. I have even seen beautiful double rainbows at times..

Continuing to see improvements with all the renovations going on. Really becoming a good complex. Currently on my 2nd lease and enjoying it day by day.

It's very nice the place serves you well and there are no animals it's the apartments very clean 100% recommended to live and it's not expensive the rent is very passable

My resident experience has been mixed. On one hand, the area is convenient and generally peaceful, which I appreciate. However, there have been some significant issues that detract from the overall experience. These include a persistent roach infestation, a bathtub in poor condition with a broken handle, and a squeaking noise from upstairs that can be disruptive in my bedroom. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living environment.

From personal experience, maintenance services can take several weeks to complete which is very inconvenient especially when necessities, such as heating/ cooling, aren’t working properly. Management is also hard to get a hold, especially over the phone, and it seems like no one is really there to help out paying residents. There’s also a roach problem! Fumigators come every Thursday which is nice, but I have yet to see the roaches completely gone. All isn’t bad though, the neighborhood itself is very quiet and safe! Residents are super nice and have really cute dogs.

No pool swimming this year. A lot construction remodeling, the laundry room isn't clean a lot of dust ,When it rains, part of the parking lot fills with water, just like when there is snow.

So far, everything has been fine. The upgrades that are currently being made are making the ask for the current rental price make some sense now, and I know the parking lot will soon be relaid or replaced, so, that’s coming in the near future too… and that’s really the last “ask” I had. I don’t even need a pool… I’d have preferred to have the parking lot fixed before the pool, but I know I’m not the only person who lives here. Only down one star because of some delays in repairs when needed, and also because of the disrepair on move-in and the ongoing construction and LARGE trash issues — people will leave their gigantic couches and stuff upon move out and then trash services will not accept it, so it sits for months… but it looks like they have people who come through now to pick up these items, or at least I haven’t seen any in a bit. Once those things are fixed and maintenance completed, it’ll be worth the 5-star review! The overall community rating is a 3.5-4 star right now.

Poor management ie. calls and emails are never returned, rent randomly increased this month and last month for no reason and had to call 20 times to have it resolved, a $39 “convenience” fee is added to the rent bill just for the “luxury” of paying overly inflated rent to this company, there are so many issues with this complex there is not enough time in the world to explain them all.

Location is great, the Latch app is amazing and love the dog park in the complex. Haven’t been able to meet any neighbors yet, but looking forward to doing so and hit the pool during the summer.
