Davidson. The spacious LIVING ROOM features an ornamental brick fireplace with bookcases and portal windows on the north wall. The DINING ROOM features two side-by-side window views of Mt. Davidson, and the surrounding neighborhood; the glass French doors can be covered with a removeable artistic film for privacy, or to use the room as a home office, guestroom, or a bedroom. The KITCHEN has a new laminate floor, and refurbished cabinets with a new marble countertop with a deep sink, and a 6-to-8-person dining area. The hallway connects to the entranceway, the kitchen, a LAVATORY, a spacious BATHROOM, and TWO LARGE BEDROOMS each with a spacious closet, and windows; one bedroom has an additional window. Scenic views of the San Francisco, the East Bay, and Mt. Diablo, as well as schools, a playground, and a Safeway, along with a clothing cleaner, barbershop, salon, restaurants, and cafes on Monterey Boulevard are short walks away. As is Ocean Avenue that features a Whole Foods, Walgreens, and assorted shops. The Glen Park, and West Portal commercial strips, and the Stonestown Galleria Shopping Center are a short car drive, or bus or bike ride away. Public transportation options such as the Balboa BART Station, MUNI streetcar and bus stops and hubs, and Zipcar and e-bike rentals are a short walk away.
