This is a 1 bedroom apartment at the life style community in gahanna, available for immediate move-in on December 26th. You would pay $1,045/month if signing up for a new lease for this apartment, and I am signing the lease over to you for $847/month. You will need to put in an application when taking over the lease - I will pay for the application fee when the lease is fully signed over to you. I will pay rent for the entire month of January - so I will cut you a check for $900 (application fee + january rent) + you get to keep my $50 deposit. My loss is your gain!
